Today I ordered Green Garden Delight (Medium) at the Ezdan Mall outlet. There was no spinach sauce in the pizza at all. This is not the first time this is happening. Same happened to me at the Matar Qadeem and Barwa Village branches also previously. I did complain, but it seems they are least bothered about improving. Seriously thinking of stopping this brand. Taste used to be really good, but disappointing these days.

Just the same. Sometimes they forget to provide paper napkins with the order. Is it because we are in the mall and should wash and clean hands in the common toilets?

I'm not a fan of Papa John's Pizza. But still eat here occasionally. No complaints, just not my favorite pizza.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Good wise I like their cheese sticks only. I think there are other places in town that serve better pizza.

I went there on Tuesday at 10:30pm and I was the last one allowed to order. This place closes at 10:30pm. So better to choose some other place if you are going late. Pizza was good but Green Salad was not upto the mark compared to other outlets.

ITS worst Happen on 25/12/18 on morning i have place order 2 large pizza for my birthday party i will pickup on evening 7.30pm when i came to take pizza it was not ready they forgot i told me morning staff forgot to tell about order in evening staff when i came on 7.30 pm its was not ready then they start to make on hurry and get on 8.00pm
